engagement photo tips

LOCATION:

Whether a city skyline, an open field, or a Wal-Mart parking lot, we will capture real moments. If there is a place that has meaning to you; favorite local coffee shop, the park where you met, etc…LET US KNOW. the more personal the shoot is, the better. 

WHAT TO WEAR:

NO DENIM JUMPSUITS! 
Wear something comfortable but not sloppy. Bold colors or patterns and accessories photograph really well. If you are a GQ and Vogue couple- embrace that and look like a boss. If you are more punk rock, own it and show up in your cut off black jeans and Sick of It All t-shirt! This is your photo shoot, but don’t show up sloppy. Baggy does not photograph well. Guys- shower and make sure your neckline and facial hair looks clean. 

Style Tips:                                         

– FROM ACCESSORIES, TO YOUR SHOES, MAKE SURE YOU’RE ON POINT

– YOU CAN COMPLIMENT ONE ANOTHER WITHOUT HAVING TO WEAR MATCHING OUTFITS. 

– IF YOUR OTHER HALF IS MORE COMFORTABLE IN SOLID COLORS, TRY CHOOSING SOMETHING WITH A LITTLE TEXTURE FOR YOURSELF. PATTERNS ARE A GREAT WAY TO ADD
CONTRAST TO YOUR IMAGES. PHIL LOVES FASHION, SO IF YOU ARE UNSURE, JUST ASK! 

SCHEDULING:

Try to book a session sooner, rather than later. All engagement shoots take place Monday- Thursday during the last hour of sunlight.

PAYMENT:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required in order to secure your session. The remaining 50% of your balance is due two weeks prior to your session                                               Cancelations and rescheduling must be made via email or by phone at least 48 hours prior to your session. Deposits are non-refundable.

Any engagement shoots 30 miles outside of our two home bases: Downtown Tampa and Manhattan New York, travel will be added. Anything out of state, travel and lodging for two nights will be added.
